Our vacation packages to beautiful PEI are fun for everyone! If you're vacationing with children, you may have trouble dragging them away from the lodge to visit the many attractions PEI has to offer.  In fact you may have the same problem yourself.  This is especially true if you are here for a family reunion and even for guests at The Wharf.

The six acre groomed site has swings, balls and bats, a horse shoe pit, croquet, a volley ball net, and lots of room for soccer.  There is also an area to have a bonfire and wood is provided. Just the thing on a PEI vacation!

A twenty minute walk takes you to either the fishing village of French River or to Yankee Beach. Cousins’ Beach is only a few minutes by car.

In the common area on the second floor is a 42-inch Plasma TV, along with a VCR and DVD. Owner Jim Duggan says that one of the most heartwarming sights at Wild Goose Lodge is to see children of all ages and languages learning to communicate while enjoying television programs in the lounge.

The common room leads unto a 16 by 60 foot sun deck overlooking the village of French River and surrounding country side, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a book or soaking up the PEI sunshine..

But you probably came to Prince Edward Island to explore other parts of this great province.

On Prince Edward Island, adventure awaits at every turn. Sea kayak  at Malepeque. Experience live theatre in  Charlottetown.  Visit Acadian villages and participate in local ceilidhs. Admire talented artisans create high quality, original  products, or cheer on your favourite at the harness racing tracks at  Charlottetown and Summerside. And what vacation package would be complete without great meals!  While you will want to pick up local top quality steaks to barbeque at the lodge, you must experience Island lobsters, mussels and oysters at several of our excellent restaurants, or cook up a feast at the Lodge.

And who can come to PEI and not visit the home of Anne of Green Gables just nine miles from the Lodge, or visit the Anne of Green Gables Museum just two miles up the road.
Ask about our PEI vacation packages!

Explore it all and still get back in time to watch the magnificent sunset from Cape Tyron Light just a ten minute walk from the Lodge.  For help planning any part of your family holiday, simply contact us.
