Overlooking the fishing village of French River, Wild Goose Lodge is midway between Anne of Green Gables’ Cavendish and the town of Kensington on Prince Edward Island’s northern shore (click for directions). The lodge is a two storey log building with a Canada Select four star rating. A second floor open air deck offers a view of Prince Edward Island landscape that inspires peace and tranquility.

With all the traditional charm of an old-fashioned PEI Inn, Wild Goose Lodge is ideal for small corporate getaways. The inspirational ocean view from the deck and the casual comfort of the common room create an atmosphere that encourages active participation. The lodge offers a wide variety of on-site recreation equipment and excellent food service for meetings. When the work is done, adventure is close at hand, from deep sea fishing to celebrity sightings, from the charms of Charlottetown to simply wandering the pastoral back roads or swimming in the warmest water north of the Carolinas. In October and November of each year the lodge is occupied by hunters who take advantage of the island's status as being one of North America's premiere waterfowl hunting destinations. Jim will guide you to the best spots and even cook for you.
